terms of service:
★ payment is through ko-fi or paypal.
★ using my art for anything AI, NFT, or crypto related is strictly forbidden.
★ i have the right to refuse anything that makes me uncomfortable.
★ payment is half upfront half once i deliver the sketch and you approve it. no refunds once you approve the sketch.
★ any completed art will be for personal use and strictly digital. using my art for commercial purposes without prior agreement is forbidden. you can use it to make a poster or keychain etc for yourself or the person you're ordering it for only, but do not mass redistribute.
★ any and all references are appreciated: this includes color palettes, picrews (of ocs or sonas), other art, ref sheets, pose references, sketches (even stick figures work), etc. i will not draw entirely new characters from descriptions only, so please provide a visual reference for ocs/sonas in some form.
★ i may use the commissioned art i make for you as reference for commissioned art in the future and post it publicly - but it will be watermarked. (you receive the clean full version.)
★ i will only be providing simple/premade backgrounds. nothing hand drawn for now.
★ first come first serve. wait time is anything from a week to a month maximum. you can ask for updates whenever you want (please do so within reason and dont spam me though). i will regularly update you on the process so please no major edit requests after the sketch phase.
